What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Process Optimizer position at The Clorox Company?
In this role, you will be responsible for applying operations excellence principles to drive small to large-scale improvements that align with key business strategies. You will lead the implementation of TRACC through Stage 3, ensuring strategy alignment across the business, customer-centricity, process integration, team ownership, adherence to tiered problem-solving methodology, data integrity, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement ITFs across the site to drive process improvements.
- Develop and execute implementation plans and stage progression.
- Drive PIPs to eliminate losses and optimize processes.
- Review and refine process improvements, providing recommendations for driving results.
- Develop a comprehensive site improvement strategy.
- Provide coaching and implementation support for Reliability Engineering and Constraint Management.
- Standardize training and documentation as the owner of key processes.
- Apply operations excellence tools and processes within plants to drive small to large-scale improvements.
- Develop a deep understanding of manufacturing, business processes, and systems.
Requirements:
- 8 years of manufacturing leadership experience in all operational functions of manufacturing (people, quality, safety, engineering, scheduling, material flow, maintenance, finance).
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferably Engineering or Technology oriented).
- Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, communication, and teambuilding skills.
- Strong leadership in a TPM/Continuous Improvement environment.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute multiple projects/activities.
- Safety leadership experience.
