What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operational Efficiency Strategist position at The Clorox Company?
The ideal candidate will have 8 years of manufacturing leadership experience in all operational functions of manufacturing, including people, quality, safety, engineering, scheduling, material flow, maintenance, and finance. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferably Engineering or Technology oriented) is required. The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership skills, including leadership, interpersonal, communication, and teambuilding abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead TRACC implementation through Stage 3, ensuring strategy alignment across the business, customer-centricity, process integration, team ownership, adherence to tiered problem-solving methodology, data integrity, and risk management.
- Pilot leadership activities at the sites to model best practices.
- Develop and execute implementation plans and stage progression.
- Establish Implementation Task Forces (ITFs) across the site to drive process improvements.
- Drive Process Improvement Projects (PIPs) to eliminate losses and optimize processes.
