As a Product Development and Innovation Leader at The Clorox Company, you will play a key role in driving innovation and product development across our portfolio of brands. This includes overseeing the development of new products, improving existing ones, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
This position will be located in our Willowbrook, IL R&D site and will report into the Glad R&D Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing the product development and innovation strategy for The Clorox Company
- Leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and messaging
- Managing budgets and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization
