About the Position
We are looking for a highly skilled Product Innovation Manager to join our Glad R&D team. As a Product Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for developing a global innovation pipeline, managing cross-functional teams, and driving consumer obsession through rigorous testing and prototyping.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a global innovation pipeline with sales and marketing to deliver KPIs every year.
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing partners to deliver scale-up and innovation initiatives.
- Drive Bench Strength and Succession Planning for the team, working with SMEs and BU R&D Lead.
