As a key part of our back-office operations team, your role will include:
- Processing and balancing ALTA settlement statements
- Managing escrow disbursements and reconciliations
- Preparing policy jackets and ensuring timely delivery of post-closing packages
- Maintaining compliance with state, underwriter, and internal accounting standards
- Assisting with audits and error resolution
- Accounting and/or title insurance experience highly preferred
- 2 years of relevant experience in escrow accounting or post-closing
- Familiarity with title industry software such as Qualia, SoftPro, or RamQuest (preferred)
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
