We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support our business and real estate law practice.
Key Responsibilities- Assist attorneys in business and real estate transactions, including contract drafting, corporate filings, and due diligence
- Prepare and review real estate closing documents, title commitments, and loan documents
- Conduct research on corporate structures, regulatory compliance, and real estate laws
- Manage business entity formations, annual filings, and operating agreements
- Draft and revise contracts, lease agreements, and corporate governance documents
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, and government agencies
- Maintain case files and track critical deadlines
- 3 years of experience as a paralegal in business and real estate law
- Strong knowledge of corporate filings, business entity structures, and transactional law
- Familiarity with real estate closings, title insurance, and escrow processes
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, case management software, and legal research tools
- Paralegal certification or degree in legal studies preferred
