We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and client-focused Client Relationship Coordinator to join our team in the Title Insurance Industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication & Satisfaction:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, addressing questions, concerns, and providing exceptional service.
- Maintain a high level of client engagement, ensuring that they feel valued, heard, and supported at all times.
- Respond promptly to client communications, even after hours or during weekends, ensuring that clients always feel their needs are a priority.
- Provide your personal cell phone number to clients to facilitate quick, direct communication.
- Event Participation & Networking:
- Attend Real Estate events such as networking mixers, conferences, and seminars to build relationships with Realtors and other industry professionals.
- Assist Realtors at Open Houses, providing them with the tools and support they need for a successful event.
- Be open to participating in fun client engagement activities, including wearing the company House Mascot costume for closings and other events, adding a personal and enjoyable touch to client interactions.
- Client Support & Service Delivery:
- Assist clients in creating Net Sheets and other documentation that helps them navigate real estate transactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring problems are handled and resolved to the client’s satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal escrow officers to ensure client files are being processed smoothly and efficiently, keeping the client updated on progress.
- Client Sales & Data Management:
- Track and maintain reports on client sales history, ensuring all interactions and transactions are logged for future reference and analysis.
- Regularly assess and evaluate client needs to ensure their expectations are being met and exceeded.
- Social Media & Brand Presence:
- Keep up-to-date with the company’s social media presence, ensuring that the brand’s voice is reflected across platforms.
- Contribute to creating engaging and relevant content for social media channels to help promote the company’s services and build relationships with clients.

- Social Media Savvy: Experience with managing social media accounts and creating engaging content to promote the company.
- Flexibility & Availability: Willingness to work beyond traditional business hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure client needs are met.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 1 years in client relations, sales, or a customer-facing role, preferably in the title insurance, real estate, or financial services industries.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), CRM software, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Education: High school diploma required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License: A reliable mode of transportation is required for attending events and client meetings.
- Must be comfortable wearing the House Mascot costume for certain events.
