Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and fashion-savvy Social Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator to lead our social media strategy, email marketing, live selling events, and website content management. This individual will play a key role in driving customer engagement, brand awareness, and online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative social media marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content, including photos, videos, reels, and stories, to showcase new arrivals, promotions, and brand highlights.
• Plan and host live selling events on social media to showcase and sell clothing, jewelry, and accessories.
• Manage and grow email marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent branding and compelling promotions.
• Oversee website content updates, ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, and overall user experience enhancements.
• Engage with customers across digital channels, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales and merchandising team to align digital strategies with in-store promotions.
• Analyze social media and e-commerce performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement and conversions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in social media marketing, e-commerce, or digital content creation, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and email marketing platforms.
• Comfort and confidence in front of the camera for live selling events.
• Knowledge of website content management and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, or similar).
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for fashion and ability to curate appealing content for our target audience.
• Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
