The Cloudburst Group is a unique small business working at the intersection of domestic and international development to support government programs that benefit low-income and vulnerable populations.

The expected compensation range for this position is $65,000 to $100,000 yearly payable on a semi-monthly basis.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Affordable Housing Analyst to join our Housing & Community Development Team. Cloudburst has a growing portfolio of strategic planning, project implementation, and technical assistance projects with state, local, and federal government clients. Many local partners are seeking assistance to strategically plan and utilize their HOME, HOME-ARP, and CDBG funding to create and preserve affordable housing.
This position will provide project and program technical assistance to support the successful planning and use of federal funds to create affordable housing developments and programs.
We're looking for someone who :
- Is motivated to help local governments and states utilize federal funds to create affordable housing developments and programs to support people with limited incomes and vulnerable populations.
- Employs system thinking and use of multiple funding sources to help governmental entities and nonprofit organizations work better together to meet the housing needs of people with limited incomes and vulnerable people.
- Enjoys coordinating and leading multiple projects with multiple team members.
- Has empathy for the challenges of working in local and state government and navigating complex federal requirements
