Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our new concept kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and kitchen management, with a flair for gourmet burgers and sandwiches as well as other handheld eats. As a Chef, you will lead a team, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation while maintaining an efficient kitchen environment.
Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards.
- Assist in developing and planning innovative specials that keeps the menu fresh.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a professional kitchen setting.
- Strong skills in food management, including inventory control and kitchen management.
- Experience in small kitchen with a high output.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management.
- Familiarity with dietary restrictions and food production techniques is essential.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
