Summary
This position serves as a role model to campers with the primary responsibility being overall supervision. Ensures campers' well-being and provide a fun, safe and active environment while striving to make their camp experience as rewarding as possible. Provides outstanding service to the members, guests, and children in a professional and courteous manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Promotes activities and functions offered throughout the Club.
- Greets and welcomes children and parents at the beginning and end of day.
- Supervises children participating in camp activities throughout the day.
- Keeps all camp spaces and play areas safe, clean, and organized.
- Enforces and follows all safety guidelines associated with the camp and all program areas. This includes but is not limited to being responsible for the campers' safety and their whereabouts at all times.
- Sets up equipment, water stations, and coolers.
- Organizes crafts and games for the children in between sports activities.
- Assists Summer Camp Coordinator with camp programs.
- Assists children with golf, swimming, & tennis lessons.
- Informs Summer Camp Coordinator of any issues needing to be addressed within the same day in which issue occurs.
