Our name "Kukui`ula" is the place name of our location on Kauai's southern shore, near world-famous Poipu Beach. Kukui`ula comes from two Hawaiian words : kukui, or candlenut - a traditional Hawaiian source for lighting oil - and 'ula, which means "red". In ancient Kauai, Kukui`ula served as a place to burn the kukui nut oil at night, its red glow guiding seafarers safely back to shore.

Role Overview
The Cleaning Attendant at The Club at Kukui'ula is an essential part of our team, performing an array of cleaning tasks. These responsibilities vary from routine to specialized cleaning assignments to ensure the pristine condition of our facilities. The role includes general cleaning of common spaces, specialized cleaning of carpets and windows, and meticulous maintenance of our Clubhouse, restrooms, and offices.
Qualifications
- Experience in a professional cleaning role, or similar, is desirable.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures.
- Ability to perform specialized cleaning tasks, such as carpet shampooing and window cleaning.
- Familiarity with floor polishing and chandelier cleaning is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to count and track linen inventory.
