Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Banquet Chef at The Club at Las Campanas in Santa Fe, NM. The Banquet Chef will be responsible for food preparation, food service, cooking, and ensuring the quality of food and beverages served at banquets. The Banquet Chef will use culinary skills to create delicious and visually appealing dishes.
Qualifications
- Food Preparation and Cooking skills
- Experience in Food Service and Beverage
- Culinary Skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in banquet or event catering is a plus
- Certification or degree in culinary arts is a plus
