The Member Service Associate is a high-profile customer service position delivering beyond our member's expectations. They contribute to member retention, as well as new membership sales. This person has the responsibility of being responsive to members; checking members in and acting as a resource for members' needs of goods and services while in the club facilities. The Member Service Associate acts as the Club's first line of communication with members and creates a friendly and welcoming environment.

We are seeking energetic individuals who are passionate about helping others, delivering exceptional service and teamwork. The Member Services Associate will also provide accurate information regarding all areas of club operations and uphold all Member Services Desk policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent phone skills; ability to handle intermittent heavy phones.
- Efficient, well-organized, able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
- Strong background in customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate in a friendly, professional manner under pressure.
- Ability to work in a multi-faceted organization.
- Professional image through dress, posture and poise.
- Assertive with outgoing personality.
- High School Diploma or equivalent skills gained through experience.
Other Functions
- Be knowledgeable about all programs and activities offered by The Club
- Promote club services and activities
- Assist with keeping the club well stocked and clean
- Maintain Slack communication and log all maintenance and inventory needs
- Handle member injury and illness incident reporting
Physical and Working Conditions
- Ability to stand for several hours; ability to lift 25 lbs
- Comfortable working in an athletic club environment.

Salary: $15.00 to $18.00 /hour
