To provide the highest quality service to our members and associates, while maintaining the standards set forth by the Community Services management team for the inventory department. Assist the Inventory department with departmental inventory / supplies, providing organization, must exhibit attention to detail and accuracy which are essential in this environment.
Essential functions
- Timely and effectively process inter-departmental purchase requisitions
- Timely and effectively process inter-departmental work orders
- Shipping and receiving of merchandise and supplies
- Stock and issue supplies and merchandise for various departments, including general maintenance and landscaping
- Compile and maintain records of quantity, type and value of merchandise or supplies
- Count merchandise or supplies and post totals to inventory records using computer
- Prepare list of depleted items and recommend survey of defective or unusable items
- Assist Inventory Supervisor with the effective procurement of merchandise or supplies
- Maintain an orderly and clean work environment at all times
- Report all maintenance issues to supervisor, immediately
- Report all safety and security issues to supervisor, immediately
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
