Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at The Club at Strawberry Creek. The Sous Chef will be responsible for day-to-day tasks in the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and ensuring food quality and presentation. The role will require working closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen staff to create and execute menu items that meet the high standards of our club.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
- Strong culinary and food preparation skills
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Leadership abilities and the ability to manage a team
- Understanding of kitchen operations and food safety regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and management
- Strong communication skills
