Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part Time Employee to join our team at our new neighborhood golf lounge - The Clubhouse Hawaii in Aina Haina.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about providing excellent customer service. The Part Time Employee will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store organization, serving drinks, setting up each golf bay, and being a friendly face to customers as they come in.
Pay and Hours
- Starting pay $17-$20/hour Tips
- Part Time hours, shifts might be 9am-1pm or 5pm-9pm
- Free parking
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
- Tend bar and serve drinks
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions.
- Assist in retail sales efforts by promoting products and upselling when appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, golf or retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail sales processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting while also taking initiative when necessary.

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
