Server

**Job Overview:** This position is for 2-5 shifts a week. Operating hours are for this shift are 4pm or 5pm until 10pm or 11pm. Some day shifts on weekends are available.

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team in the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. If you have a passion for food service and are eager to help others, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position. **Duties:** - Greet guests and provide a warm welcome to the restaurant - Take orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system - Serve food and beverages promptly and with a smile - Upsell and recommend menu items to increase sales - Manage tables effectively, ensuring a smooth and timely service - Provide exceptional guest services, including helping guests with any needs or requests - Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including the kitchen and serving areas - Manage time effectively to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner - Handle cash and credit transactions accurately - Perform basic math calculations to ensure orders are correct - Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared correctly and promptly - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with guests and colleagues **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a serving role - Excellent guest relations and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately - Strong time management skills to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills - Passion for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience - A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized dining area - A willingness to help others and provide assistance when needed - A positive and professional attitude in all interactions with guests and colleagues

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
