About The Clubhouse :
The Clubhouse is a luxury boutique women's fitness studio in Summit, NJ. We provide group fitness classes and semi-private personal training.
Studio Sales and Operations Manager :
The Clubhouse is seeking an experienced Manager who has a passion for growth and service.
Drive membership growth through a focused and repeatable sales process
Oversee day to day studio operations
Manage the front desk staff and create a service-focused culture so every member feels like a VIP when they walk in the door.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Leadership :
Foster a positive, customer-centric environment that motivates staff and ensures exceptional service.
Manage the front desk staff and vet / hire new support staff as needed
Sales and Membership Growth :
Develop and execute strategies to meet monthly membership sales goals
Drive local outreach efforts and develop partnerships with nearby businesses and community organizations to effective generate leads
Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to reach goals
Take ownership of an effective, intentional, and consistent lead management process
Operations Management :
Oversee daily operations, including facility maintenance, and member inquiries
Checking on studio supplies and re-ordering as needed
Marketing & Community Engagement :
Collaborate with our studio owner to implement local marketing initiatives, including social media and community events.
Serve as a brand ambassador for The Clubhouse, attending community events and engaging with potential members.
Implement programs that enhance member engagement and retention.
Create and edit marketing campaigns and communication sequences as needed
KEY REQUIREMENTS :
Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in fitness management or health club operations, with a proven track record of driving membership growth and overseeing gym / studio operations.
Leadership Skills : Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating teams.
Sales & Marketing Expertise : Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve membership targets, with a focus on client conversions.
Customer Service Focus : A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming studio environment.
Fitness Industry Knowledge : Solid understanding of the benefits of fitness and group classes, and an understanding of how to drive retail sales inside a gym or studio.
Organizational skills : Strong attention to detail with a clear, organized work style of a must.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS :
Full Time : Base pay : $40K-$60K / year depending on experience
2 free annual studio memberships (for you and 1)
Opportunity for semi-annual bonuses based on business growth
OTHER :
Driver's license and dependable transportation (Required)
A degree in marketing, sales or business development is a plus but not required.
Applicant MUST have previous sales experience to apply
This position will require standing during parts of the day, and lifting up to 30lbs as needed.
Work Location :
GM will be working mainly in the studio, especially during our morning rush (from 7am-12p)
