We are hiring machine operators, stackers, quality control and warehouse workers in Tabor City.
Machine Operators requirements include;
- Previous experience preferred.
- Production experience is a plus
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, lift without restrictions
-Gluer, Dye, or other machine experience is preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Quick learner
- Flexible schedule.
- Must be able to work overtime.
These are temp-to-perm positions. Pay starts at $13.50/hr
- Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
- Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
- Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
- Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.
- Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
- Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
- Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
- Supervise the production process.
- Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Good math and technical skills.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
- Must be able to read a tape measure
12 hour night shift. Pay is $13.50/hr.
Stacking, wrapping & banding, operating machinery as needed, cleaning work areas.
Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
This is a 12 hour night shift position, overtime every week.
Ability to lift heavy objects
