Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Manage custodial duties such as trash removal, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as required to maintain safety and cleanliness in high-traffic areas.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Uphold hospitality standards by providing excellent service to guests during their stay.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is advantageous.
- Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
