Strategic Leadership

What You'll Do for Us :

Develop and implement a comprehensive AI and digital design strategy that aligns with Coca-Cola’s global brand vision and business objectives.Collaborate closely with the VP of Global Design and other senior leaders to integrate AI and digital design initiatives into the broader design ecosystem.Lead the application of AI technologies to scale design processes, improve efficiency, and drive innovation in UX / UI design.Explore and implement AI solutions that enhance personalization, predictive analytics, and user engagement across digital platforms.

UX / UI Excellence

Oversee the design and execution of world-class UX / UI for digital products, ensuring intuitive and engaging user experiences.Maintain the highest standards of design quality and craftsmanship, upholding Coca-Cola’s commitment to iconic and human-centric design.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with marketing, product, IT, and operations teams to ensure cohesive and consistent brand experiences across all digital touchpoints.Foster strong relationships with external AI and digital design partners to bring innovative solutions to life.

Innovation And Emerging Technologies

Drive innovation within the digital design team by exploring and implementing new technologies and methodologies.Educate and train the global AI and digital design team on new and emerging technologies, ensuring they stay at the forefront of industry advancements.Provide ongoing learning opportunities and resources to keep the team updated with the latest trends and best practices in AI and digital design.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience : Minimum 15 years of experience in AI, digital design, and UX / UI design, with a proven track record of leading successful initiatives for global brands.Leadership : Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading diverse and cross-functional teams.Technical Expertise : Deep understanding of AI technologies, digital design principles, and UX / UI best practices.Innovation : Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance design capabilities and user experiences.Design Excellence : Commitment to the highest standards of design quality and craftsmanship.Collaboration : Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.Project Management : Proven ability to manage and execute multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
