Coca-Cola Creative Studios, an ambitious in-house agency at our global headquarters in Atlanta, GA is part of Visual Content Management Services and delivers strategic creative, digital, and video content for the global Marketing and PACS (Public Affairs, Communications, Sustainability & Strategic Partnerships) group. As a Senior Manager, Creative Direction, you will lead the creative direction for the company's global communications along with key campaigns to elevate our global Corporate Reputation.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Partner with the Director of Creative Excellence to champion high-quality creative execution that exceeds stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and animators to deliver holistic creative work that fosters a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Foster an environment that actively seeks feedback from stakeholders to improve the quality of work.
  • Commit to upskilling and growing creative talent through continuous learning opportunities, mentorship, and hands-on experience with innovative projects and new technology.
  • Partner with the Creative Studios leadership team and Senior Director, to inform, build and maintain a culture of inspiration, creative excellence, and evolution.

Creative Direction

  • Partner with the Director of Creative Excellence to design, lead, and create award-winning solutions for projects including social content, live internal events and feeds, leadership communications, interview-based pieces, mini-docs, product coverage, sizzle reels, animated videos, and communication campaigns for internal and external audiences.
  • Lead the creative development process, from concept through execution, across all media channels, ensuring creative work aligns with business objectives and meets company and stakeholder standards.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Creative Excellence to present work, ideate on new initiatives, and evaluate past projects for improvement.
  • Actively shape creative pitches and responses to briefs by providing strong data-and-insight informed core creative ideas and approaches, messaging hierarchies, and creative concepts using compelling storytelling techniques to engage and excite stakeholders.
  • Design creative work that is adaptable and scalable for implementation on both a global and local level, across multiple regions, ensuring consistent brand messaging and quality.
  • Collaborate with the Video team lead and Director of Creative Operations to establish level-of-effort estimates during the intake phase, balancing the constraints of project timelines and budget against the creative deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the Video lead team to produce the project deliverables, ensuring the creative comes to life holistically across all touchpoints and project deliverables.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive activities in marketing, public affairs, communications, and sustainability to incorporate best practices and innovative ideas.
  • Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a creative role with experience in communications, public affairs, or sustainability initiatives preferred.
  • Prior agency experience is required.
  • Proven track record of leading successful creative campaigns and managing creative teams with a deep knowledge of the creative and production process.
  • Strong understanding of brand development, communication strategies, and multichannel messaging concepts.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a high standard of attention to detail.

  • Pay Range : $136,500 - $154,400

    Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

    Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage : 15

    Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
