Job Description Summary :
The Senior Manager Customer Solutions CPFR will serve as the customer facing supply chain subject matter expert for key retailers supporting all routes to consumer, including DSD, e-commerce and Warehouse.
As part of the NAOU Customer Operations team, this position will collaborate with NAOU sales teams, key business operations and independent bottlers to develop and execute joint Customer and Coca-Cola initiatives that drive revenue, improve efficiencies, and meet customer expectations of the Coca-Cola Commitment.
What You'll Do for Us
- Analyze DC / store-level inventory and using customer's proprietary data systems to forecast and meet customer In-Stock and OTIF (On-Time / In-Full) objectives.
- Gain alignment between customer and internal stakeholders on sales forecast and customer's replenishment system settings
