Position Overview :
We are seeking a passionate Designer to join our Package Design Studio. In this role, you will help bring to life meaningful experiences and interactions between our brands, consumers, and packaging by designing next-generation packaging concepts from idea to final development. You will use your design and engineering skills to conceptualize and develop ideas, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure innovative and consumer-friendly solutions.
Function Related Activities / Key Responsibilities :
Packaging Design & Development :
Design next-generation packaging concepts from initial idea through development and commercialization. Engage in end-to-end packaging development process with cross-functional collaborations, ensuring seamless integration of design, engineering, and development.
Prototype Capability Development :
Join in the creation of rapid prototypes using 3d Printing, label printing, and other technologies to bring ideas to life.
Competitive Benchmarking :
Track new market entrants and assess their packaging effectiveness. Share insights and operationalize them into new design opportunities.
Visual Identity Building :
Developing internal visual identity system and external branding touchpoints and design guidelines for implementation for the Studio.
Enhance Digital Capabilities :
Aiding in strategic improvements and tool creation of digital platform tools for entire Packaging Network utilization.
Education Requirements :
Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
Related Work Experience :
Open, 3 yr of program preferred.
Functional Skills :
Experience in Graphic Design, Branding, Visual Identity, Industrial Design, UX Design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Rapid Visualization, Storyboarding, Sketching, and Ideating ideas.
Ability to demonstrate design principles though high quality visuals.
Education Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor's and not graduating before December 2025.
