Position Overview
The Coca-Cola’s Summer Internship program is an 8-10 week experience at our headquarters in Atlanta, GA. The Technical, Innovation & Supply Chain Capabilities Summer internship allows you to apply your learnings in real-world experiences and network with leaders within the industry. We're looking for an undergraduate student who is a strong leader and self-starter. The prospective candidates should have technical aptitude, AI or digital capability, STEM exposure, critical thinking ability, and strong communication skills (written and visual) and want to lead and contribute to helping shape the future of TI&SC capability efforts globally in a large, complex environment. Candidates must also have high learning agility, business acumen, problem-solving aptitude, and a passion for the capability-building space.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Technical, Science, or Business major with a final graduation date no earlier than December 2025.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing learning programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze learning needs.
- Assist in creating and maintaining learning materials, resources, playbooks, etc.
- Investigate, assess, and propose recommendations on the build-out of the TI&SC External Capabilities Network by conducting research and leveraging benchmarking data.
- Play a vital role in the TI&SC training inventory platform/tool to house all learning content.
- Organize & help lead system resources to deploy programs and support the deployment of global efforts.
