The Cocktail Crew and Cabana Boys are coming to 30A, and we’re looking for a charismatic, high-energy Model Bartenders to help us launch this new market! We are also looking for a Team Lead, if you have management experience.
This is more than just pouring drinks—we create unforgettable party experiences. If you’re the kind of bartender who can entertain a crowd, bring the energy, and keep the drinks flowing, we want you on our team.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a part-time role with irregular hours at first as we build up demand in 30A. If you’re looking for a fun, flexible, and high-paying side gig, this is it!
What You’ll Do as a Model Bartender
- Be the life of the party – Engage with guests, lead drinking games, and keep the vibes high.
- Serve drinks – Bartend private parties (alcohol provided by the host).
- Look the part – Be well-groomed, confident, and have a magnetic personality.
- Keep things tidy – Always clean as you go and leave the space as you found it.
- Help build the 30A market – This role has growth potential as we expand!
What You Need to Be a Model Bartender
- Bartending Experience – preferred but not required
- Charisma & Energy – You’re outgoing, engaging, and can work a room.
- 21 Only – You must be at least 21 years old.
- Flexible Availability – Most events happen Friday-Sunday, but some may be midweek.
- Reliable Transportation – You need to get to and from private venues.
- Bartending License (Preferred, but not required at hire) – Must obtain if hired (4-hour process).
- Professionalism – Show up on time, communicate well, and bring your A-game every time.
