Job Description
Ensures the Pier stays well maintained
Duties
Repairs/preventative maintenance in plumbing, hvac/r, drywall, painting, carpentry, electrical, grounds, power washing, and landscaping; being able to work in interior and exterior elements.
Must be able to work from a ladder/scaffolding.
Someone who can spot potential risks to guests/ coworkers, the facility, and equipment.
