As we expand our team in the U.S., we're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as our first Sales Development Representatives, to then forge a career with us and grow within our Sales Team.
Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative at The Code Registry, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers. You'll use creative outreach methods to introduce businesses to our solution and demonstrate how we can help them thrive.
- Engage with prospects: Focus on driving outbound sales through phone calls, emails, social media messaging, and other innovative approaches.
- Booking Meetings and Scheduling Follow-ups: Give enough information to get our prospects excited and schedule meetings with our senior sales executives. While also maintaining contact to ensure each meeting is attended and any follow-up actions are taken.
- Collaborate with Account Executives & CEO: Provide context on potential customers to ensure a seamless and delightful experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- High-Volume Outreach: Contact leads through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Qualify Prospects: Ask the right questions via phone inquiries and direct messaging to identify potential clients.
- Booking Calls: Schedule introductory calls with our sales team, ensuring all relevant information is passed through to maximise sales opportunities.
- Maintain Engagement: Keep active communication with new and existing leads through creative and personalized follow-ups.
- Process Improvement: Work with peers across different markets to refine processes and expand the role's scope.
- Client Advocacy: Serve as a proactive point of contact, ensuring exceptional service experiences.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest product features, industry trends, and market dynamics.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build trusting relationships and effectively convey the value of our offerings.
- Sales Acumen: A passion for sales and ability to juggle detailed lead information at different sales cycle stages.
- Efficiency in High-Volume Settings: Capable of maintaining focus and efficiency in fast-paced environments, even when performing repetitive tasks.
- Self-Motivated: Able to work in silo and set own priorities, driven by results with the tenacity to pursue leads and close deals.
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and thrive amidst change.
- Passion for technology: A high interest in technology, IT, software development and how they can support business operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cold-Calling Experience: Ideally in SMB SaaS, selling to business owners, CTOs, or investors.
- Educational Background: BA/BS degree preferred but not required.
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- CRM Experience: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred.
- Familiarity with other Sales Tools: Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instagram, Loom, and data sources like ZoomInfo.
