We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to be part of our baking operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and creativity in our menu. Responsibilities:
· Recipe Management – Follow and refine existing recipes while also developing new seasonal or specialty items.
· Quality Control – Maintain high standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
· Kitchen Organization – Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace, adhering to food safety regulations.
· Team Training - Assist Head Baker in training and mentoring junior bakers or kitchen staff, fostering a positive and efficient team environment.
· Collaboration – Work closely with baristas and management to align baked goods with customer preferences and business goals.
· Time Management – Ensure all baked goods are prepared on schedule to meet demand.
Qualifications:
· Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional baking experience.
· Availability: Ability to work later morning and afternoon hours and weekend shifts as needed.
· Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry production, and food safety guidelines.
· Physical Requirements: Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work efficiently under time constraints.
· Leadership: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, the ability to excel with the Head Baker on staff.
· Creativity: Passion for baking and ability to innovate with new flavors and seasonal products.
