What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Administrator position at The Coleman Group Inc?
The Salesforce administrator will work with a prestigious organizations Salesforce project team to gather requirements and configure the Salesforce application based on business needs. The individual must be comfortable communicating and presenting to technical and non-technical audiences. Must complete CompTia Security certification within 180 days of employment and to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Duties include :
- Creating and managing users, profiles, roles, and permission sets in Salesforce
- Performing system implementation, configuration, and tuning
- Managing Salesforce objects and processes for the organization
- Developing reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
- Utilize extensive knowledge of Salesforce Administration
- Other duties as assigned

Must work on-site in Annapolis, MD . Initial fully onsite training period. A Hybrid schedule may be available after the initial training period, but a regular weekly onsite presence of at least 3 days per week is required.

The wage range for this role factors the wide range of issues that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to training, experience, certifications, licenses, and other organizational and business needs. At Coleman, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $64,600 - $114,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a Coleman discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
