The Salesforce Developer position will work within a team of Salesforce Developers, Salesforce Admins, Configuration Managers, and various organizational units. This position will be responsible for the technical aspects of Salesforce, including data migration / integration, data quality, systems integration, and custom code.
- Must work on-site in Annapolis, MD . Initial fully onsite training period. A Hybrid schedule may be available after the initial training period, but a regular weekly onsite presence of at least 3 days per week is required.
- Flexible Daily Start Time Available
- Must be a US Citizen (Contract Requirement)

The wage range for this role factors the wide range of issues that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to training, experience, certifications, licenses, and other organizational and business needs. At Coleman, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119609 to $146521.
You may also be eligible to participate in a Coleman discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
