Position Overview :
A certified and experienced Ferrari or European Highline Service Technician will perform general vehicle repair and maintenance functions with minimal supervision. The individual must be detail-oriented with a high standard of quality and a goal of excellent workmanship to ensure that all customers have had professional, safe and high-quality services supplied to their automobile.
Key Responsibilities :
- Inspect and diagnose vehicles, verifying repair order details
- Perform preventative maintenance, repair or replace vehicle components
- Keep accurate documentation on all vehicle repair details
- Provide clear and timely follow-up to Service Advisors on vehicle repair status and preventative maintenance recommendations
- Keep current with brand manufacturer and ASE trainings
- Maintain a clean work area
