Your Mission:
- Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism—make them feel instantly at home
- Manage guest flow, ensuring smooth transitions between services and minimizing wait time
- Provide luxury touches: offer refreshments, assist with personal belongings, coordinate lunch orders for hair extension clients
- Support stylists by keeping their stations tidy, stocked, and ready to go
- Upsell services, treatments, and retail through smart suggestions and knowledge of our brand
- Handle front desk duties like booking appointments, answering phones, and checking out guests
- Be an extra set of hands during events, content days, and high-volume shifts
- Maintain salon cleanliness and ambiance—think music, scent, lighting, and energy
