The Collective Dallas is seeking an experienced, creative, and motivated Senior Designer to join our dynamic team in Dallas, Texas. This is a unique opportunity to lead a variety of residential projects, including new construction, renovations, and interior furnishings, in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage residential interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring the highest level of creativity and quality.
- Oversee and guide a support team, providing clear direction, advice, and insight.
- Collaborate on material selection and ensure skilled application of materiality in designs.
- Organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Serve as a natural leader and self-starter, proactively managing timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with marketing, retail, and furniture teams to drive business growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–4 years of experience in residential interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in new construction, renovations, and furnishings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Canva, and Google Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design from an accredited program.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and articulate ideas clearly.
- Based in Dallas, Texas, with the ability to work on-site at our office.
