The Office Department of Chemistry is seeking candidates for the Chemistry Front Office Assistant.
The persons in this role will help support and facilitate the main office under direct supervision of the Program Assistant.
Main Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update all bulletin boards in the department
- Create and maintain social media (and presence) for the department
- Innovate biweekly newsletter for students
- Promote student success strategies
- Support Program Assistant in varies duties
