Position Summary :
This position is part of the TCNJ Information Technology department, within Enterprise Applications, and reports directly to the Assistant Director of Principal Oracle Cloud Systems. The role focuses on optimizing information technology systems and business processes to support effective, reliable, and high-value human resources services. It encompasses responsibility for system enhancements, integrations, applications, technology, training, and data reporting needs related to Oracle Cloud. As a member of the Enterprise Applications (EA) team, this position contributes to delivering a well-designed, integrated, and user-friendly solution that automates Cloud processes across HR, Finance, Payroll, and related modules. Working under limited supervision, the role involves analysis, consulting, design, programming, maintenance, and support work for Enterprise Applications. It includes resolving complex technical problems in collaboration with senior technical staff, coordinating projects, and mentoring junior team members. The position assumes full responsibility for assigned systems, which includes system maintenance, upgrades, configuration, monitoring, incident resolution, security, and interface management. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
Main Responsibilities :
- Respond to and troubleshoot issues submitted through Team Dynamics.
- Coordinate with functional users and subject matter experts for all human resources technology to identify ways HR data and technology can assist with achieving strategic goals.
- Monitor and manage interfaces between
- HR Cloud and IDM.
- HR Cloud and PeopleSoft
- Internal Interfaces to Cloud
- Works on system upgrades, quarterly maintenance, testing, validations and communications associated with all Oracle Cloud system changes.
- Serve assistant to the Oracle Cloud Security Admin. Creating custom roles.
