What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adjunct-Undergraduate Nursing Clinical Instructor position at The College of St. Scholastica?
Rate or rates of pay: $1,020 per credit for undergraduate courses; $1,112 per credit for undergraduate courses after 40 credits are taught within a five-year period; $1,352 per credit for graduate courses. Any future updates to per credit rates of pay will be reflected within the electronic contract.

The College of St. Scholastica seeks qualified adjunct faculty candidates to support undergraduate nursing students within the clinical learning environments.
Key Results/Responsibilities
Instructs undergraduate nursing students in a clinical rotation at partnering health care facilities, collaborates and communicates with course faculty and clinical stakeholders to ensure that clinical learning objectives are met and assessed, provides guidance and support to students, follows standards of best-practice, fosters a safe learning environment, and performs other duties as assigned. Additional orientation per course will be provided.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing ( BSN ). -MN RN license.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a wide diversity of students, faculty and staff.
- Ability to complete orientation and training within the first month of hire.
- Completed or enrolled in a Master’s Degree program in Nursing ( MSN )
- Teaching experience
- Doctorate in Nursing Practice ( DNP )
