The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, number of months worked, as well as internal equity among our team.
Assistant Football Coach, Offensive Coordinator
Responsible for assisting in the management of operations for the intercollegiate football program at the College and assisting in all responsibilities assigned by the head coach. Serve as Offensive Coordinator/Offensive Line Coach.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree; AND two (2) years of professional coaching experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Principles and practices of program planning, development, implementation and administration.
- Principles, practices, strategy and tactics of assigned athletic activities.
- NCAA student-athlete academic eligibility requirements and recruiting regulations.
- Rules, regulations and policies pertaining to assigned athletic activities.
- Computer applications related to the work.
- Budget and financial record keeping practices.
- Developing the offensive game plan
- Assisting in the development and implementation of program and project goals, objectives, procedures and work standards.
- Assisting in the planning, organizing and implementing athletic programs and activities.
- Performing coaching duties in an efficient, effective and safe manner.
- Providing advice and counsel in a respectful and effective manner.
- Exercising sound independent judgment within general procedural guidelines.
- Preparing clear, concise and complete reports, correspondence and other written materials.
- Assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects and demands.
- Contributing effectively to the accomplishment of team or work unit goals, objectives and activities.
- Training staff and students in work procedures.
- Establishing and maintaining effective work relationships with coworkers and students; demonstrated success working with diverse populations.

- Valid driver’s license.
- AED/CPR certification within six (6) months of date of employment.
Salary : $39,003 - $50,704
