Call Center Associate (part-time)
The College of Westchester is seeking a part time Call Center Associate to join our Admissions team. Positions available on campus or remote. Associates support Admissions activities by contacting and engaging with prospective students to schedule college information visits, campus tours and meetings with admissions counselors.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong people skills and a caring motivational style needed to effectively schedule quality admissions appointments with prospective students.
Candidate must be a New York State resident to work remotely.
Requirements
- Must have dynamic, professional and articulate telephone communication skills.
- Must have a personality and work style that is both high energy and caring.
- Must be well organized, possess good follow up skills.
- Must possess a college degree or degree in process required.
- Must possess good technology skills. Experience with CRM is a plus.
- Must possess the ability to follow guidelines and compliance standards.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Shifts are available Monday through Thursday evenings 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
