Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Flag Pole Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various sizes of flag poles. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Installer will ensure that all installations meet industry standards and customer specifications.
Duties
- Perform installations of flag poles and equipment according to specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation or operation.
- Utilize tools and equipment effectively, ensuring proper handling and care.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service throughout the installation and maintenance process.
- We are willing to train how to complete the installation.
Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot installation issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality installations that meet safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used in installation processes is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
