Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our flag store team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will engage with customers, assist them in finding products, and contribute to the overall success of our retail operations.
Duties
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and maximize sales.
- Maintain stock levels by organizing shelves, restocking items, and managing inventory.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with retail store operations is a plus.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- A willingness to learn about products and improve sales techniques is essential.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
