DIRECTOR, DIGITAL MARKETING

Aswe continue to grow and innovate in the wealth management space, we're seekinga dynamic and results-driven Director of Digital Marketing to elevate ourdigital presence to drive online client acquisition.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate new client leads, and support business development efforts for the firm
• Plan and oversee multi-channel digital campaigns across email marketing, SEO, SEM, display advertising, social media, and more to attract new clients and nurture existing relationships
• Work closely with internal teams to leverage relevant and compelling content (blogs, white papers, videos, webinars, etc.) that speaks to the needs and concerns of potential and existing clients
• Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, track KPIs, and produce reports that demonstrate ROI and effectiveness
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all digital touchpoints, ensuring a strong and cohesive presence online
• Stay up to date on the latest industry regulations and compliance standards in the financial services sector to ensure all marketing activities are in line with legal requirements
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners (such as advertising agencies or technology providers) to enhance digital marketing efforts and integrate new technologies
• Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across channels to maximize impact

This position is an Exempt role. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $200,000 - $240,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
