Overview:
Requirement: 1 year supervisory experience in a fine dining establishment.
Good communication skills with the ability to push/pull/lift up to 50lbs.
- Greets all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness.
- Maintains complete knowledge of and comply with all department policies/service procedures and standards
- Anticipate the guests needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
- Maintain positive guest relations at all times
- Be familiar with all the resorts services/features and local attractions in order to assist the guest
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns to ensure guest satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
- Maintains knowledge of and STRICTLY abides by State Liquor Regulations
- Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, beers, wines, and nonalcoholic selections as well as menu
- Serves alcoholic beverages in an appropriate manner consistent with company standards.
- Answers guest questions about food, beverages, and our facilities accurately and friendly
- Does side work during non-busy hours.
- Develops relationships with guests.
- Provides the highest level of service in accordance with our standards.
- Identifies food orders when ready and delivers items to tables in a timely manner.
- Remove soiled wares from tables and transport to designated area
- Present guests checks and process payments. Adhere to cash handling and credit policies/procedures. Balance cash receipts.
- Maintains a professional appearance at all times.
- Clean and reset table as soon as guest departs
- Communicates with food and beverage staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Reports to work as scheduled, in uniform, and ready to be in position.
- Maintains professional relationships with all co-workers.
- Follows checklists and standard operating procedures.
- Performs duties as assigned.
- Prepares work area for either opening, mid-shift, or closing
