Job Summary: As a Part-Time Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing marketing initiatives to increase client engagement, grow our customer base, and enhance our brand presence across all platforms. You will work closely with the salon management team to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive both foot traffic and online engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing:
- Manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, ensuring regular updates and engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns to promote services, specials, and events.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce promotional materials, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Brand Awareness & Promotion:
- Develop marketing plans to promote salon services, new product launches, and special events.
- Assist in creating and maintaining partnerships with local businesses and influencers to drive brand awareness.
- Coordinate in-salon promotions, giveaways, and seasonal campaigns to boost engagement and client retention.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of social media posts, paid advertising campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on key marketing metrics, including engagement, traffic, and sales conversions.
- Adjust marketing strategies based on data to improve ROI and meet goals.
- Client Engagement:
- Develop and promote referral programs to incentivize client referrals and repeat business.
- Ensure all marketing communications align with the salon’s brand voice and mission.
- Stay current on trends in the beauty industry to identify new marketing opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or retail industry.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
