The Facilities Maintenance Technician I (PM FMT) is a full-time, benefited, non-exempt position. Under general supervision, this position performs a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks on Chautauqua facilities, structures, and grounds. This is a night shift position, scheduled Monday through Friday, 3pm to 11:30pm. Weekend and holiday work may be required in meeting position responsibilities. For on-call emergency and inclement weather reporting this position is considered essential.
The right candidate:
- 3 years all-around residential maintenance experience required (hospitality industry preferred).
- Successful completion of CCA’S Tech I Skill Requirements Assessment
- Basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting, and residential maintenance
- Experience working in work order system, using work apps, texting, receiving sending emails, etc.
- Basic knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to listen and communicate well.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Results oriented, able to meet deadlines
- Must have a valid Colorado driver’s license
Starting Hourly: $22-$24 per hour
