What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associate and Machine Operator (Entry Level Accepted) position at The Columbine Label Company?
Imagine walking into a supermarket or liquor store and seeing a vibrant, eye-catching display of your favorite craft beverage and telling the person you’re with that you were a core part of producing the labels and shrink sleeves that make those products look so cool. We’re looking for someone to work on our plant floor, to learn the ins and outs of labels and shrink sleeves, and be an incredibly valued part of our team in charge of getting our customers’ products applied and shipped every day. After all, almost everything you buy has a label of some kind on it, and it should look amazing!
You will probably be a great fit with us if you are positive, energetic, organized, always notice tiny details, and constantly look for ways to do things better to improve efficiency. If your hobbies include things like working on cars or taking apart machines for fun, you may have a natural talent for learning how our machines work (and we’ll be happy to teach you!). In this job you will be responsible for the application of our custom printed shrink sleeves on the product decoration line. So, if you love the idea of bringing a product to life as the last step in the production process, you’ll have great days here.
If that sounds good, and you’d like to make a long-term home in a company that really cares about both employees and customers, you may be a great fit to serve as a production assistant and machine operator.
