Clinical Director-Supervising Psychologist
16-Bed Residential Facility for Youth
New Castle, DE

Salary Range : $130,000 to $140,000
Shift : Day Shift : Monday-Friday 8am-4 : 30pm
City : New Castle, DE
Full-Time Sign-On Bonus : $2500
Facility Physical Environment : Residential treatment facility - 16 bed max

Essential Duties :
- The Clinical Director plays an integral role in facilitating positive change in the behavior and condition of children at the facility.
- Aid in achieving positive outcomes through appropriate service in a trauma-informed environment that promotes respect and caring of persons served and their families.
- The Clinical Director provides clinical leadership and supervisory oversight over the therapeutic and clinical aspects of the program.
- Promotes a positive organizational climate for staff and clients, supports the program's integration of the core values and principals of the Systems of Care approach, and ensures the highest standards of care in the delivery of clinical related services.
- The Clinical Director actively participates in program performance activities to ensure that the program maintains accreditation and regulatory standards.
