Salary Range : $100k-$120k

Shift : Hours between 7am to 7pm Monday-Friday - 30 hours per week

Position Overview

We are actively interviewing for a full-time (30 hours / week) Psychologist to join our team in Vacaville, California. You'll be supporting two 5-bed residential care and crisis stabilization group homes, assisting adolescents and adults with mental illness, intellectual disabilities, and behavioral disorders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide on-site psychological services for individuals in crisis situations.
  • Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans that promote positive change.
  • Work closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, behavior specialists, and direct care staff.
  • Conduct assessments, functional behavior analyses, and crisis interventions.
  • Train and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in evidence-based interventions.
  • Participate in treatment planning, psychotropic medication reviews, and team meetings.

    • What You Bring :

  • Doctorate in Psychology and active California Psychologist License.
  • Experience in behavior modification, crisis intervention, and positive behavioral supports.
  • Strong collaboration and coaching skills to support both patients and staff.
  • A passion for working with diverse populations in a trauma-informed, person-centered approach.
