Position Overview
We are actively interviewing for a full-time Psychologist to join our team in Ukiah, California. This role offers a unique opportunity to support individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs through expert psychological services, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and the development of impactful intervention plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop and oversee psychological service protocols and interventions.
- Provide crisis intervention support in collaboration with county mental health agencies.
- Monitor psychotherapeutic services and ensure quality care for clients.
- Consult with case management, clinical teams, and community partners.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to plan and evaluate services.
- Assist with intake and eligibility reviews, including fair hearings.
- Train and mentor staff and community service providers.
What You Bring:
- Doctorate in Psychology and active California Psychologist License.

Experience
- 2 years as a Clinical Psychologist
- 1 year of working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Experience conducting psychological evaluation and assessments, including competency evaluations.
- Training and/or experience in Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) highly desired
